I'm really surprised that if men took more care of their body and having a healthy diet they may never ever get an enlarged prostate in the first place. Being healthy can counter the side effects to some degree. I can't say I've only just started about a week ago and I'm on a whole foods organic plant-based diet with sufficient exercise weekly. It would be an interesting result in 90 days.

I am not sure he needs Fin(yet). His shedding rate per day has not been properly assessed on logic and numbers, but rather on emotion. He might have some hair miniaturization in the hairline but none in the mid-scalp and crown. From the hair fallen in his sink I was not convinced that he has hair miniaturization in fact, because there were very few hair fallen, and the ones that fell had about the same (quite thick) diameter.

Any new growth would be tiny hairs poking up and starting to grow in the receded areas. It would be obvious and visible. Hair grows half ain inch a month so it would be a long time before any new hair strands are as lomg as his other hait.

@DrChim24 Sides for me were weak ejaculations. I wouldn't say regrowth, but it has stopped my hairline from receding, and my hairs are much thicker than before, and hair shedding reduced by about 70%. I'm trying to avoid a hair transplant, so this is more of a proactive measure. My hair loss wasn't severe to notice huge gains.
