I'm tracking my steps count via mobile pacer app and continuing 100 days tamil new year challenge along with 90days challenge. Bro நான் 2 மாதத்தில் 10kg குறைத்திருக்கிறேன் ஒரு நாளைக்கு 4km ஓடினேன் sugar and sweets முற்றாக நிறுத்தி விட்டேன் carb உம் நன்றாக குறைத்துவிட்டேன் இப்போ அதிகமான carb பார்க்கும் போது விசம் போன்று தெரிகிறது 😂 என்னுடைய target weight அடைந்து விட்டேன் இப்போ இன்னும் மெலிந்து விடுவேனோ என்று பயமாக இருக்கிறது
