The problem is not the extension its needing a lower mud flap. Debris hits the rear fender from the front tire.

You're so right. I'm on the hunt for mud flaps now after the trails I did this summer, my rear fenders are pretty trashed from hits

seems like they should have made the rear longer. instead of stopping halfway of the fender flare, give it more coverage protection for the rear doors by making it a little farther on the down slop of rear fender flare.

It's such a great add on. I really need some mud flaps to stop the front tires from kicking up so much junk

Did you have to modify the back flares to fit? I am seeing people saying you need to. I have a 2022 Rubicon that looks just like yours! Could you give me the part numbers? Thanks!!

Link to them is in the description. On a wrangler Rubicon they did not need any modifications. If you have a gladiator, that is different in the rear from what I've heard

I just did install and don't need to modify anything if you order the correct Flares for the correct vehicle. The non rubicon have different fenders and so does the JLU so just order the ones made for the rubicon
