Awesome Tad, always learn something new from your videos! I just had one the other day the elbow where the pvc connects for the exhaust was sloped slightly the opposite easy the drain was, and was filling up the collector box and getting water in the inducer fan. So I simply adjusted that elbow and all was good again! Cheers

Becareful not to feed the pvc to deep in the condensate pump. I came across a few where it was double trapping itself in the condensate pump.

Tad got any suggestions for a York furnace about 10 years old that's giving me 4 flashing red lights meaning airflow problem or open fuse. Fuse is good, all vents are open, blower is working but blowing cold air, inducer seems to be working as well but does seem a bit noisy. When the furnace calls for heat the inducer motor runs and nothing else happens. Sometimes if I shut the furnace off for awhile it will start working again for a day then go back to 4 flashing lights again. Thanks

I don't think I've ever worked on one of these furnaces that didn't have a bypassed door switch 😂

What manufacturer allows a screen on the vent termination? ¡No bueno!

It's not water. It's condesate. Condensing boiler makes condesate.
