My roller door does not stop when it rolls down. It over-rolls and leaves some slack when it closes. When it opens, it does not appear to roll all the way up. What could be the problem and fix?

That’s caused by the top roll moving but the bottom rail catching. Silicon spray in the tracks for a very minor issue. Adding an additional weight bar to the bottom of door for more major issues. Door also may require a little more spring tension.
