Sometimes I write a comment for KZbin or Reddit or whatever, and then realize it's too long, or too off-topic, or too mean, or doesn't really contribute to the discussion, etc. But at the same time I like what I wrote, or I put a lot of effort into it, so I don't want to just delete it. So I paste it into my Notes app, with a link to what I was commenting on. And that allows me to move on.

I liked the video about you getting involved in, idk, mythbusting this urban legend. It made it real for digging into real proofs. It was fun. I was thinking about the whole focus thing you've been on about. Its like that, you got all the way thru to the end in a real way. When you have even a little emergency savings fund to dip into as an emergency fund it works out less overall to cover things yourself from this when disaster strikes rather than pay insurance. After all, insurance companies make lots of profit somehow. The gamble is worth it for life, house, dog and car for me but not everything you buy like a phone
