It has only been 30 years bro. Come back in 150 years and tell me whether it "never" dies. Even even then that is a tiny amount of time in the big picture. Everything human dies, and I doubt a music genre that didn't even involve the listeners will fare well. Some folk music has survived a long time because people passed it down person to person and they actually sang the songs and were involved with the music. We will see if people are still interested I'm sitting and listening to music from the 20th Century come the year 2300AD. People from the Middle Ages probably thought their music was pretty badass too. Although to be honest there are some pieces from that period that are still listened to and performed and hold up pretty well. But not many.

@@abdulkarim5176 Joey Badass (!), Kendrick Lamar, Action Bronson, Dillon Cooper, K.A.A.N, Capital Steez, Mick Jenkins, Ab-Soul, Lord Apex, Cult of the Damned, Villain Park (!) Sooooo many more but i don't care enough to name em all. If you love hiphop then you should maybe look for the real stuff instead of complaining. Some of these rappers are way better rappers than anybody from the 90's.
