business rates issue, someone always has to pay it, the previous business will immediately tell the council they ceased business at x date so they no longer will be paying the rates. then it goes straight to the owner on the land registry - they are now on the hook for the rates. the owner can pass the responsibility of the rates down to the new tenants(and thats what they usuall do), and the council has all your details. Delaying notifying them only makes things worse, because you just rack up bigger debts, its not like your water bill when you move in later and then you just tell thames water that oyu moved in 5 months after you actually did and get a little bit of free period.

Learned a lot about cocktails and didn't know that about the pornstar martini the Ghana connection with the drink😅. Also about the drinks glass sizes and will not complain about ice when in a bar too. Very good business advice from Gabriel and good he was very real about his own story start. Well done to him👏🏿. So many variables in the restaurant business it seems too🤷‍♂️. It seems cocktails drinks are all about balance 🤔. the 2 hour thing. I got a funny one. I was doing deliveries for amazon fresh during lockdown. The ladys delivery window for 2 hours, so amazon preducts I will be there to deliver in that window. I get to the address. I ring the intercom - I get no answer. I call her on her mobile it doesnt connect. I tried several times to get to her flat, and then I get back to me car to load up and then she sees me out of her window. I talk to her from her window confirms she didnt hear the intercom because shes hoovering and her mobile phone isnt charged. I said fine. I will get the things out of my car again and bring it back. She couldnt let it go at that, she adds. The delivery is from 5-7, so you need to deliver to me any time during these two hours. She thinks I should camp outside her building for 2 hours waiting for her to answer.. Like I have no other deliveries.
