I have fished many years not as much now never seen cpoppie caught that close to that much moving water

Honestly I was pretty shocked myself. Hwoever, in that far corner was some still/more slack water and that’s where most were caught. But on the other hand, that water his highly oxygenated with the moving water and fish naturally gravitate towards that. That’s why you just never know. Thanks for watching! God bless
