In this video, my dad and I found GIANT CRAPPIE hiding in willow trees at this spillway. We are fishing crappie fishing Wright Patman Spillway. We are crappie fishing with live minnows under a slip cork. The giant crappie were right under our feet the whole time and didn't even know it. I LOVE your channel.. you have changed the way I fish. I use to fish 5 and 6 rods slow trolling ( 93 sv and no live scope) . Work your self to death with live bait. Now I fish a single pole slip cork and keep it moving. Catching twice as many as I use to thanks to your tutorials. I subscribed to your channel about a year ago and have gone back and watched every video. Thank you !!! PS(you also changed the way I hook a minnow, not totally weed less but a lot better than than hooking in the lips or back)

Love this channel! Actually taught me to use my fish finder!!!! Thank you! My question is, I’m in north Missouri, the heat wave has hit us. It’s 94 degrees, feels like 110. Comparable heat and temps you have in Texas I’m assuming? Do you only fish mornings? Do you ever fish evenings and just brave the temps and humidity? I’ve fished last 2 mornings and not much biting, is it a waste of time to try the evenings when it’s this hot? Thank you so much!
