Great interview. I appreciate interviewers that have done a bit more research and not be asking the same intro questions. In terms of releases, I don't mind EPs. I find them more a concentrated feel of that time period. Plus, all tracks are usually $1-2 dollars anyway - I've bought all her EPs though; The music I quite like at this moment of my life.

I play the guitar just like her and when you learn it that way it's just normal to you, it doesn't keep me from playing anything when it starts to get into technical play and bends are easier on the A,D,G,B,E strings because you would bend them down but the low E string I have to bend up. apparently me and her are not the only one's like this, I seen a guy at guitar center play like me & her too. the funny thing is we can seen what normal guitarist's are playing really well but you would have no clue what we are playing lol

She's using the Voicelive 3 Extreme for all of her vocal effects. Its a pretty powerful (and expensive) pedal. Other than that, I believe most of her guitar effects are JHS pedals.

EloiseMwahaha she swears by the way huge electronics swollen pickle, which despite being a fuzz can give a really good gain boost without being gnarly (although it can do that too) it's definitely audible in clean, because musicians set their pedal boards in a lot of acoustic performances they'll have pedals that they don't use at their feet because it's convenient to set up. Also the reverb comes from the fender iron face amp which has some of the nicest amp reverbs around

Her pedalboard has a Way Huge swollen pickle, Digitech polara reverb, Ibanez Tube Screamer, Behringer vintage delay and TC helicon voicelive extreme. I think she also uses a Boss harmonist pitch shifter all through a Fender vibrolux amp.
