Such an underappreciated song off that album! It hits hard! That Uber hit the spot man! Thick! The clarity with the volume rolled off was super nice.

For sure, these are my favorite Sum songs, harmonies and melodies are just top notch. I thought the Uber sounded great for this track, the guitar tones of that album are to die for IMO. Super polished but with the right amount of rawness. The Uber is super saturated, and I recorded this with the gain at 10 o clock. It's a beast.

Another cover which sounds technically difficult to pull off which you make look easy ! I’d like to make a request but feel free to ignore it because I don’t think it’s a punk song and it’s pure cheese. It’s the song My own worst enemy by Lit. Uberschall sounds killer for these tones. What do you think they used on the album?

Yeah, the minute I started to learn the song using the Uber I was like "this is it". Hard to tell what they used, I think for sure there's a Rectifier in the mix. Prolly JCM800's and God knows what else. It's very hard to tell with some of these big studio production albums sometimes. Great guitar tones overall.

Current as in newer bands? I'm pretty much stuck in the 90's genre lol but there's been a few bands over the years I've gotten into. I've been digging Koyo, Phantom Bay, Oso Oso, Like Pacific, Anxious, bands like that lately.
