Life in prison = he has nothing to lose. I think it’s both, inside and outside job. Maybe the inside source was connecting with someone he knew on the outside and planned his escape. He definitely had help.

Contraband cellphone. Yes the calls are recorded but often are monitored in real time. The girlfriend refused to let LE see her phone which tells me that burner number is either all over her calls and texts or she was actively communicating with another party about his movements. Critical error. She should’ve had a burner too and handed her phone over.

honestly pascal I dont think he had any help from the inside corrections guards make good money why mess that up I think he figured out an opportunity and jumped at the chance while he had it and bolted but there is a chance someone is helping him to hide and possibly cut the cuffs off and gave him clothing and a hat maybe some glasses to change his looks as well.
