Legit, might have to think about doing this myself. Thanks for the great content.

My Del Sol had some button next to the fuse box that I would have to hold down to get the 2nd part of the key turn to work and start the car. That has fallen out. Do not know where it was wired to but one was a ground. The other wire traced back somewhere near the fuse box near the hood latch. Got one of these kits coming in the mail tomorrow or the next day. Think it would solve my problem?

Great how to on that JDI system, I have been looking at their hidden kill switch relay but i think this kit adds a pretty good level of security with that RFID tag. Great video can't wait for the next video.

That's nice. Always thought about doing that to my car. Idk if you open the unit up n change the white led to a blue led to match the rest of the interior lights if that wild void any type of warranty the unit might have.

I think they have different color buttons but would have to check with them.

Preferably....what would you prefer a push button start or a traditional key?
@TexasHondaChannel2 жыл бұрын
Well with this kit i definitely prefer this over a key any day. This is not only a cool custom feature it’s really clean and don’t have your keys handing above your knees anymore.
@PhillyDee2152 жыл бұрын
@@TexasHondaChannel totally agree, just wanted to see what everyone's preference was. In reality tho the physical ignition key is going instinct anyway

Thought about this for my car but iv got remote start system so not sure how well this would work with that.
@TexasHondaChannel2 жыл бұрын
It would have to be activated with the Rfid prior to starting
@GlassWerx2 жыл бұрын
@@TexasHondaChannel thats what inwas thinking too. The remote start kit iv got is made to work with push buttons start cars also but idk how that works bc they have rfid too but then again some come with remote start too

I have an ek 97, when removing the key cylinder, the two screws no longer fit into the plastic cover. how to fix that problem
@karwinchau4684 Жыл бұрын
This question im asking might sound dumb... Is the push to start black module box strapped onto the plastic cover from the inside or leave it dangling and seal up the cover?
