Those purple flower trees is call jacaranda trees, usually in spring they bloom. When the flowers fall down to the pavement it becomes very slippery. If you go to LA they also have plenty of the same trees.

如果冇時間去South Melb Market食蠔，可以再去QVM試吓Melshell Osyters(金殼蠔)，雖然外表不美，但好有內涵，鮮甜味會停留喺口內，QVM只得一間有售。

it is "Blue Vein" cheese not "blue" cheese. The blue spots are from moulds growing on the cheese, like "smelly tofu"

早晨呀！睇住你哋食生蠔搞到我都好回味上個月的塔斯同墨爾本旅行。我都認同South Melbourne Market 的生蠔係更加好食同埋好似再新鮮啲，同埋嗰邊市場提供多種醬汁，所以可以食到唔同風味，令你好想食多幾隻再多幾隻⋯⋯😂 不過就要上網睇清楚市場開放時間，佢一星期好似只開三五六日，唔好摸門釘
