What a beauty! I don't think I've ever seen the power seat option. Great job with the restoration and thank you for sharing. Always enjoy your videos!

I was actually a little surprised at the number of guys who said they had power seat cars because I don’t remember seeing one before either and I have been in literally hundreds of these cars, and I’m a guy who always has to adjust the seat! Thanks for watching.

Hey Matt!! Great job!!! She's truly a lil stunner she is!! Great lil story you produced here, along the way!! I watched a series of 19 vid's and I think, still somehow I missed a couple of things... like the headlight/corner marker lights being swapped out... and the actual work you did on the brightwork, or ext. paint job. You seem to be fond of that clay bar, so I'm sure it played a role!! LOL But I was curious what all else you used to get that paint so stunning!! I dabbled enough on a tatty paint job w failing clearcoat on a Taurus I was cleaning up. So, I too spent a few bucks to get what I believed were "the right tools/materials for the job". I picked up a large, heavy 8" DeWalt polisher with a kit for cutting/buffing paint and clearcoat jobs. I also threw some $$$$ at 3M for a cutting/buffing chemical kit, with like 3 different foam pads, and about a quart each of 3 or 4 different cutting compounds and a couple of lambs wool polishing pads. Did you get into all that with this little rig, or did you farm it out to someone?? Just curious. Anyway!! Great job, thanks for sharing! Cheers!!

I did all the detail work. I filmed most of it from the first wash to the final polish, and plan to do a sort of “master detailing” video, but as you might imagine it is a fairly big exercise to put a bunch of footage shot over more than a year together into something concise and useful. Summer is by far my busiest time too, but I will get to it.

It's a nice car! I'd say call it a restored original. You have just added parts that keep it as Ford built it 30 plus years ago. If I had the space for another car I'd buy it from you as a cruiser. It has some great options that hopefully someone will also appreciate and keeps it the way it is. This is coming from a 30 year Fox Body owner that has very little of the original car left.

Great looking car. Nothing wrong with the original appearance/performance of a Foxbody.

Love the car especially that it’s auto. I’m old with bad knees and enjoy driving my 88 red notch with auto. I bought it just because of the automatic and it had 80,000 original klms.

it is a nice car! my 89 merc grand mark was a old couples car that sat in the drive way only had 74,000 on it but she sat outside in a driveway you can tell one side was sun faded and the other wasnt dash was cracked due to sun grand kids hit tennis balls on one side right side small little dents that did not scuff paint but you could tell it was soft balls hit car golf balls would have scuffed paint i still own car just slowly repairing it when i can afford it my goal is to make it a sleeper

Those paintless dent guys can work miracles. Alberta is one of the hail capitals of the world and there are cars here that were new on lots and had 100+ dents that the paintless guys fixed and you would hardly know the difference.
