Yes they do I was lucky to buy this unit when I bought it I got it for 500 later I sold it for 800 because they don’t make them anymore and people with no choice but getting a single din are looking for this radio

I believe it would work because this bypass your adding to the stereo is for the stereo alone and the year of the car shouldn't affect it

Look up in google somebody by the name of ssimpala he has a website that sells the kit it is not cheap
