I was always told don't go over 0.030 on the bore because of the thin cylinder walls. So they won't have issues on a 0.060 bore. or do you have to sleeve them

N/A and nitrous applications should be okay at 0.060 over since there isn't a whole lot of cylinder pressure. That's not the smartest move when running or planning to run boost.
