I don't see any connection between sports and trading. Trading is more like the arts or being in research: independent pursuit, solitary skill-building and ultimately all responsibility for your success is on your shoulders. Sports involves team effort and cooperation and utterly relies on coaching. However a lot of traders are like athletes in the sense that they have enormous egos, which is probably why so many blow up at least one account
