Thing has NO PRICE: Thing has no MONTHLY CONDO FEES. Thing has no ANNUAL PROPERTY TAXES. Thing has no info on extra storage space, number of parking space in the garage, etc. What the heck does it have then? Please don't tell me it has "location?" As this thing is smack in the middle of one of the roughest part of Vega$town.

Thanks for Watching! There are some other Penthouses that are under 1 Mil but not many. There is a lot of vagrant activity near the location.

It's because the HOA fees are $1.1k per month which is ridiculous. Remember that's for life and will increase over time, but that's the price to live in these type of buildings.
