Very insightful Abbey - I can see my failures arising from setting too encompasing goals. Then I get too focused and time goes out of the window. Your idea to set "session specific" goals seems intuitively right - and I shall put this into practice today! Thanks a ton!

I thought about mentioning time being a factor but that’s definitely a privilege a lot of people can’t act on. Also it can be maybe slightly dysfunctional. 😂 I’m always most productive at like 12am-6am!

All that was said is absolutely true. Some of these I'll start implementing right away, like listening to music without words. I've seen an improvement in both my art and KZbin channel when I started to take some breaks. The 25-5 rule was very important for me.
