'95 patt DPM PLCE webbing review

A review of my personal '95 pattern Disruptive Pattern Material Personal Load Carrying Equipment webbing belt. This one has been with me since cadets and through other endeavours and it shows! I've owned this set for almost 20 years.

The utility strap that runs through the bottom loops of the pouches,how is it fastened at each end ?,my sons bought a set of PLCE for cadets but his doesn’t have that strap .

There should be a simple ladder buckle at one end. I ran the utility strap through the loops against the pouches and folded the strap over the last loop and ran it back through... I'll see if I can do a video on how to build the webbing after work tomorrow. I know it's not MTP, but as long as it's PLCE and not Virtus; it should all be the same.

How do you attach the rocket packs? I have several sets. Cheers

The rocket pack yolk is wider than the standard one I have fitted here; you can, however, fit a single Bergen side pouch on the standard yolk using the hydration bladder black clips

There is a way to modify the side pouch yoke to also strap onto the webbing aswell

If kukuri, how to fix it on the webbing

I'll be honest with you, I have no idea...I've seen them with leather frogs that allow you to put them on the Sam Browne belt system; but I didn't have an issued Kukuri
