Damn that was bad. Vocals sound terrible, guitar tone is piss weak, production sucks with barely any bottom end, and to think they actually had the chance to remove those shit sounding keyboards from the bridge riff (one of Deron’s best ever riffs imo) but instead actually MADE THEM LOUDER and turned down the guitars is just baffling to me. If this re-recording does anything, it’s showcase just what a talent Chad Ginsburg is in the studio and how much of CKY’s sound is down to him. Don't get me wrong, I hate the new CKY and would never waste my time listening to them, it just remains a fact that there was a certain magic between the trio that was Deron Miller, Jess Margera and Chad Ginsburg that became much more than the sum of its parts. Everything else released by all parties since then sounds like complete and utter garbage. I’m sorry, but it does. It just sucks. All of it. There will never be anything like CKY again.
