Elder, I gotta say, “thank you”. I’ve spent the last two days rebuilding and having fits with the same carbs and the same ski. I bet I’ve watched 15 different vids on KZbin. Ran across yours this morning, and the ski is fixed. Thank you Sir.

Thank you so much - I just bought a 97 GTX and this is exactly the video i needed. I even made a little diagram with the fuel line connections as described in here. Great job and thank you again.

I have a seadoo I took apart last year and never got around to putting back together after my parts were late. Couldn't for the life of me remember how the selector, filter, and canister top went together. Great vid, just what I needed, thanks!

Awesome video. I have a pair of 96 GTX’s that I stored with Stabil in the fuel about 10 years ago and never got around to running them. I’m going to try to do exactly what you did to get them running this year. They only have about 120 hours each on them. Thanks for the video- it’s a big help. Need to find a carb rebuild video now.

David tks for your video. Question: I have a seadoo GTS 1998. 717. I am in the process of replacing the old grey fuel lines. The new ones I bought are pink see through. They are soft & I can only get them on half way. Tried Vaseline & when I push or twist the line buckles on me. Any suggestions. Thanks Dennis 🇨🇦🇨🇦

Have you ever seen the forward carb intake blocked off with metal from the factory!? I am dumbfounded at what I'm looking at! The rear carb is open normally feeding into the motor but the forward carb has a literal wall of sheet metal about an inch in that completely blocks any air fuel mixture. Looking for someone to help explain this to me!!!

Thanks for the video I have a 96 Gtx runs and idles fine out of water even when accelerated, the second it is submerged and you accelerate it revs to 8000 rpm bogs out any ideas? I have already changed my voltage meter thinking that might be the problem? Next is gonna be my fuel lines what gauge of hose??
