98-02 Honda Accord EGR insufficient flow.

Sorry for the long video but it took a while to fix. 2001 Accord with a recurring egr insufficient flow. Took the time to resolve the issue by accessing the egr port under the top portion of the intake manifold. At the same time I replaced the vtec solenoid and the distributor o-ring.
Test drove it and the light did not return.
