Great video! Do you have to often take the plant out of the pot to clean the LECA using this method?

not necessarily at least once a week or twice a month and its up to you also, in my case I still did not flush it until now. It won’t hurt the plants anyway. If you just see that the salts crystal are started to form on leca you can wash it with running water.

If I use perlite to propagate rubber plant, how much water do I have to put in it and how often? Also, small white sprouts began to show in the rubber stalks I propagate in water, are they ready to be grown on pots with soil?

Just keep the perlite moist all the time, when you start to see that it is drying then water immediately. Before planting into soil I recommend to wait for sometime to root well your cutting first. In my opinion the cuttings will grow faster if you let it sprout and roots well in water before transferring to soil.

Domino spathiphyllum is the same as peace lily? If so, they can grow well in clay pebbles.

Yes I just fill it about 3/4 of the container. Usually it last for more than a week before your next watering.

Don't submerge the roots fully in water. It will lead to root rot. The roots tips have to just touch the water. This will let the roots breathe.
