The (in)accuracies for CC speeds in Mario Kart are actually: 50cc = 80cc 100cc = 90cc 150cc = 100cc 200cc = 150cc 300cc = 200cc 400cc = 300cc (or 225) 99,999cc = 1350cc

I find it funny how Handling and Acceleration, stats which are usually irrelevant, become the most important ones in this mode. (Off-Road sort of also applies but since speed is so high it doesn't seem to make much of a difference)
