Im confused what should i do? Actually Last year i completed my btech in civil engineering. Now i dont choose a university for my master's bcoz i have many backlogs & also fees are too much costly, i cant get high amount of education loan. So i decided to go pg diploma or graduate certificate course for ontario or Toronto area but i heard many news related to part time jobs bcoz of high population. On the other side part time jobs are available in alberta or other provinces but colleges are providing diploma courses which is especially for after completing 12th standard students. I dont want to choose only diploma bcoz i completed bachelors degree in University (4years program) & i got 8.6 cgpa overall. Please solve my problem & give appropriate solution.

You need to stay PR focus. If you stay with civil engineer, then study 2-yr master degree. Canadian employers don't value your Indian education and experience. Civil engineer is one of 24 prioritized STEM occupations so CRS cutoff should be lower (last draw cutoff 486). In comparison, the last two all-program draws, CRS cutoff were 511 and 505. Another option is PNP. Find a province for easier PNP. Ontario and Quebec (French) are not easy provinces for PNP.
