if you have x repeated n times with divisions (I'm not sure how to correctly specify that), the answer is 1/x^(n-2), so 7x7x7x7x7x7x7 is 1/7^5 Also, why did you say that Method 4 (not the answer from method 4, but method 4 itself) is wrong?

Method 4 itself is wrong but the outcome result which is 1/16 from the method 4 is correct.
