I’m curious as to whether that is stock exhaust? Roebling is one of my favorite tracks, and I am in process of buying a 996 (05) Cup car. I’m wondering if I’ll pass sound check? Did you do any mods to your exhaust or is it below decibel limit in stock configuration?

sorry for the late reply, as far as I remember that was the full stock cup set up. the 996 cup has a pretty decent muffler. on cold days we have had to put elbows on the push the exhaust to the passenger side to avoid the sound meeter

Sorry for the late reply. I only used a GOPRO Hero 5, in the open case, with the camera mounted to the front of my helmet. Nothing speical, no tricks. Really just got lucky for the most part. Ive used it like this in a few cars and it seems to work just fine

How fast were you going around the final corner? I ask because at the Skip Barber school in a Crossle 32F, I hit the apex at 103 or 5200 revs on the final lap and was wondering what other cars could do. This was 1981.

I was around 90mph, but the car is capable of much more...I was driving it very slowly.

@@TravisBrodie Thanks. The most memorable thing about the weekend was sliding off the track after getting on marbles. The grass was high and as I got back up to speed a fire ant bit my neck. If it hadn’t been for the seat belt and shoulder straps I would have jumped out of the car.
