Good old Sean spinning the spanners on the ttr 125 , the boy did good , looked a bit stressed with some of the questions but took it well and gets rewarded with a spin on the 600cc monster, another banging video Max, nice one.

The hardest part of being a mechanic is correct in somebody else's work that they took apart and you don't know what they did to it this guy he figured it out and he correct it this is one hell of a mechanic I give him all the credit in the world my hat's off to him he is one damn good mechanic

As an old boy myself I love seeing the dynamic with all knowledgeable Sean and young Max with his cameras and internets and stuff. Both brought together by love of MX. Be nice to him Max, he could easily tear you a new one if you piss him off too much.

We usually modified that kind of engine ttr 125 engine. Put a 4valve cylinder head and 59mm or 63mm big bore kit liquid cooled block. Power gains almost double.

what an amazing episode - i reckon you robbed him of the 15 minutes for the front tyre though, that was brutal

Using big bore kit you should port and polish the intake and exhaust. Also using big carb such as 28mm or 30mm pwk or pe and High lift camshaft. To maximize power gains. 😊

We actually dont need to open the cylinder block to get a bike running, if you can crank it, it means piston is moving. Just get it on the frame, assemble the electrical, tune the carbs and fire it. If it got gasoline, compression, spark, and timing, it surely will runs well

I almost hope Max eats some dirt, not bad, just like a soft fall? :P So Sean gets a bit of payback! The bike just has to work, not the bikes fault if Max cant keep it up right! :P Well done Sean! Hope you had a nice Italian Pizza after this! Maybe invite Paul, maybe not the best mechanic but maybe he'd be nicer to you than Max xD haha

Might be a 150cc kit I had a drz125 was going to put a 150cc kit but found my 125 piston was a high compression piston, dome shaped and the new 150cc kit was flat top.. heard it was only 1hp more if that if I used the 150 flat top piston so kept the 125cc.. they are very sluggish bikes the ttr 125 and the drz 125 it would benefit from 2 extra teeth adding on to the front sprocket will go from 35 45mph to over 50 60

What was the point of entirely tearing into the topend? Do a comp test. If all is good then boom. Also you can check the time much easier when installed into bike.
