Wow 9ice has really got some vocal ability!!! Many artists hide behind their own backup vocal when they are performing and this just shows that 9ice can really sing. The guy in the background was singing a very beautiful harmony. Well done!!! The Tradition album is amazing...Love it!

9ice is a lagos guy and has grown up in a similar condition. Lets be honest Most Nigerians dont think of giving to the poor UNTIL they reach abroad and return home. Livin in naija makes one numb to things like this. THE SONG WAS HOTTTT

You have a point and it makes perfect sense. Looking at this through his prism, it's absolutely the right thing to do - He is SHOOTING A VIDEO... DISTRACTION IS NOT AN OPTION. That being said, I would either not look in the kid's direction to avoid the cold and dismissive expression that is momentarily displayed or EDIT the video clip PRIOR TO POSTING. There's obviously BAD BLOOD somewhere in HIS CAMP as I'm sure 9ICE did not post the video. ENERGY is undoubtedly, my FAVORITE.

If 9ice had given that boy some few change, you people who kept chastising him will spin it as a publicity stunt- an act to gain more fame because of his generosity. Let the man enjoy his life. Giving is by choice. You do not have to be excessively rich before you become a philanthropist. I believe he's a cool dude.

9ice! You've done it again. I definitely like this one among others. I suggest however, that you don't display indifference and be dismissive in public. I'm talking about that kid. When you do however, make sure it's edited before it becomes even more public, like on KZbin...Got It? It looks bad. I understand the indifference when this new wave of pan-handing persists in our society. That Kid should be in school to begin with, or be engaged in some extra curricula activities or the like.

I know how u feel, it not his fault. trust me I went back home after 7 yrz...the first two dayz I was there, I gave a lot of people money. I gave money to pretty much everyone who asked me..I was broke in less than a week and I even caused serious fight in V.I btw some kids that I gave money to. Its not his fault the country is too rough.

@MrSola1974 , hey..l dont know about other people's comments but what l can observe is this, its not the fact that he didn't give him money but the bad gesture he did to the poor boy...he could have simply ignored him and not waved that the boy should scram!

everyone trying to support 9ice for responding to that boy the way he did is just been stupid, if people like tuface, jim ik and others are trying to affect the life of the less privilage in the society all he could do was to give that helpless boy a weird look. GOD has bless u and u should be able to affect the life of other .

@ Brozuma.....I agree with you....the music is tight...I am a big fan of 9ice..........I think what our entertainment stars ought to know.....some of them are role model to some other people.....and these kind of behavior....should not be happening..or talk less of it being caught on camera........He should get his ass kicked on this.....I dont know why the media isnt casting this out anyway....Music 70%....character / attitude -1%

I can't understand y most of you are cursing 9ice for not given that little boy money. Do u know if if already given 2 or more people money before he got to that boy..agreed he is not a charity but im sure he has helped countless ppl in need..he is being real..others will give just to pose for camera. 9ice be NICE - CONTINUED. In navigating my way back to this clip, I cannot help but note the sentimental connotation...something I assume, would appeal to human decency and compassion. If comments are monitored as they should, 9ice can only make-up for this mishap by featuring that kid in another video doing the right thing. It's not my place to dictate how this is to be accomplished. Contrition is in order, however. Until then, I see a dimming star in 9ice from my perspective.
@yinkaflex14 жыл бұрын
@chimontey , I agree with you.......look Man....I have been around and I work now in Nigeria...I dont give beggers money all the time.....but get this right........When you are a star and you do something like this and it is caught on video.....dont expect people to stay quiet........the point is this.....the video could have been edited for all I care....but on camera...9ice really messed up.....its my own personal opinion......I am not getting at you...just relating.
@esebamen15 жыл бұрын
you should be ashamed of ur comments, if u don't know let me enlighten u. celebraties are role models in a society, they live exemplary life for people to emulate. if celebraties from the western world come to africa to adopt kids, one should expect the same goodwill from our 's as well at least if it just one naira. 9ice didn't display that kindness that nigerians has showed him thru the years and all u did was support him instead of critise

You can't give every beggar you come across on the street money, however you don't have to be arrogant to those that beg, it's was an ignorant move to Shoo the kid away. The circumstances could easily be vice verse. When that kid grows up to be a senator one day, wonder how Mr.9ice will feel?

well..its a nice video...but for those supporting nice for not giving,I think its not necessary nor possible to give all beggars but even if he wanted to refuse the poor boy as he did,he should hav done it in a "nice" way...he simply waved the boy away with a disgust look on his face!!!...its not good for business man! plus its a video on youtube.he should be pissed with who ever posted this vid:)

CONTINUED. 70% below poverty line despite vast natural resources - Shameful. Be dismissive and more-so, critical of those who have ever held position of power in the country. I'm talking about the corrupt elite and those in the pseudo category. You are held to a higher standard. I'm sure you do understand the plight of the majority. Show some compassion.

He is tipical of an africa man who do not care about what is brother we eat. that is while we have poverty in our land today. from this moment i cease to be ur fan until u change
