You can also add a 2 or 3 handle spool valve instead of that switch control and just have a separate handle for each function and be able to add a bucket tilt and down pressure

Milo, thank you -- great tutorial --- have you give thought to an auxiliary (5 gal) hydraulic oil reservoir? I imagine the loader uses much more fluid than the lift cylinder -- might allow for an external spin on filter.

Hey great job! Can't believe that works! hey quick question for ya, my 9N lifts my back blade but if you drive it more that a hundred feet, it won't lower it. any idea why that doesn't work? thanks

Here is a link to a forum that may answer it. www.yesterdaystractors.com/cgi-bin/viewit.cgi?bd=nboard&th=351484 also is there a chance the hand control is not adjusted to activate the lift in the right point in the quadrant. The 4 bolts holding the quadrant make this adjustment.

@@MiloFarms Thanks, I have had the 4 bolts out and put back in, and they do make a difference on how fast it will lift, that's good, but it didn't stop the problem of not dropping the arms after you drive it. Weird how it works fine until you drive it a short distance. But thanks for the link, I will check that out right now!

That sounds like that is the next thing I have to do, but now that winter is here in NY that will have to wait until next spring- bummer cause I was hoping on using the back blade as a snow plowing backup. Thanks again, now I will be able to sleep again!

Why not use a front mounted pump and do away with the internal PTO driven pump?
@MiloFarms2 жыл бұрын
You could use a front driven pump for sure. In my case the front pump and brackets I had was trashed. It was cheaper to go this route and still get everything I wanted.
