Hey man I know this vid has been up for a while but question. For when you say “update on finding new led h1” which led h1 bulbs did you find? All I see are the old links to the Hid ones. Also when you adjusted them how did you get them to adjust higher? I’ve been trying to adjust them but haven’t been able to. Hope you can see this message pops! Thank you. :)

I bought these but I noticed is that the Tron lights don't stay on during the day with the daytime running lights they only turn on when you switch the night lights

Update!!! I had purchased 2 different set of led h1 bulbs . They are not bright at all. I couldn’t buy the regular headlight LED set because they are too big for the socket. So I ended up getting Hids and it’s a major difference in visibility. I got these (link below) and they are working great . Bright like I wanted them to be. I bought extra for spare so I can be ready if any bulb goes out in the future. I also had to align my projector they were projecting very low so I aligned that as well. @@javiersaldana2029 you’ll need the Hid kit. I purchased the kit and extra bulbs( is always good to have an extra set of bulbs). It’s pretty easy to install. Plug and play as well. You may need to use some zip ties to keep the extra wires just laying around.

Hey brother, I know this video has been up for a while, but I wanted to ask if you ever had trouble with the turn signal / hazard fuse blowing with these lights? I just installed these and the process was plug and play like yours, no splicing to do anywhere, but I had to replace the turn signal / hazard fuse with a higher one in order to keep them the fuse from popping. There's no odd things going on with the wires either, and I'm pretty confused where to go next.

Hey how are you. Sorry to hear what’s happening to you. No i haven’t had any issues what so ever . What i would do is I’ll unplug the battery and start looking at all the wires to the headlights and where they are going to and see if any are outof place or not how they supposed to be. Check that there’s no spliced (if any)wires touching any metal. Or if any loose. But definitely check the turn signal wires.also do you have anything additional plugged in to your turn signal fuse socket?

@@joseautomotivemedia I'm doing pretty good thanks for asking! I have nothing more plugged into the turn signal fuse. The rest of the car is completely stock in terms of electrical/mechanical items. I installed these headlights this past saturday, and I have been regularly checking the wires to see if there's any damage, but everything looks completely fine. Right now when I was driving, when using the right turn signal indicator, I noticed that the indicator was beginning to dim out. When I tried the left turn signal indicator, it worked perfectly. Do you happen to know if the oem turn signal bulbs fit in these headlights? I may try swapping out the bulbs to see if the bulbs the headlights came with are the culprit.

Hey, there was no modification needed to install my. Yea the 2012 civic has a different grille and bumper but still the same headlights. Same steps will apply for headlights installation.

They weren’t good at all. I brought two different sets of LEDs bulbs (h1) and weren’t bright like I wanted them to be. So I ended up buying Hids and that’s a major difference! I only brought a set of 2 for the projectors but you can always but all four of them low beam and high beam. Big difference for me. I also had to align the headlights so I did as well since when I brought them they were projecting low. Now I’m satisfied with how they came out. Eventually I’ll get another set for the high beams but with these Its a major difference in brightness and visibility. There are so many Hids to pick from but I got these (link below) . So far so good. @@RawrrrBeast hey sorry I don’t have a video for that but it’s very easy. What I did to the rubber seals were I used a blade and made a few lines where each whole were. Then when I put the wires through I put black tape on it. Message me on Instagram @mylittle9thgencivic and I can show you how I did it.

@@FinalBoss4u hey I’m glad I got these led headlights I really like them . They are different from the stock ones and looks nicer. Please make sure to read my description of the video because I ended up getting Hids for the bulbs not sure if you read that. Led bulbs don’t really work well with these headlights since the size are h1’s and are tiny. But over all the headlight itself I have no complaints whatsoever! Also a message appears on my imid with a DRL message and it won’t go off until I turn the headlights on. It doesn’t bother me cause I just change it on the screen but it’s good for everyone to know. That’s also on the description of the video.

Do you mean as far as a different bulb ? Its a small space you may need to modify the the space where the bulb goes. Im sure someone who knows how to customize head lights can but I can’t. I wish i knew.

It’s plug and play. that’s one of the reasons I brought them. The only thing I recommend is to get hids because the stock lights are horrible.

Hey the Led strip in the headlights comes wired up from the manufacturer. These headlights are plug and play I didn’t have to wire anything up.

Yes, but It’s totally up to you. having both will be helpful in certain dark areas with visibility.

@@joseautomotivemedia now will any H1 kit will work fine with them that you know? Gotta be specifically LED’s or HiD’s? I was thinking about getting this headlights, but I keep hearing stuff from them, I do like the look, I think they look stupidly beautiful on the Civics.

@@robrodsep I’m sure any hid kit with h1 bulbs will work. Just make sure you get the right bulb which is (H1) Unfortunately a h1 led bulb will not be bright enough. When I mentioned earlier about using both was specifically about having hids system for both low and high beam. Sorry for the confusion.

At first I brought some h1 LEDs bulbs and they were crappy low visibility. But I just purchased some Hids and major difference! Visibility is not an issue anymore. Don’t forget to align your headlights if it needs to be aligned. These are the ones I got now and so far they work great.
