In open circuit test , how can energise the LV ,if i have a stepdown transformer ? ,because in stepdown transformer is have low voltage side in secondary side ? is it possible to connect the powersupply to LV side to testing the transformer(for ex: 11kv/220v)

Dear madam, how increasing length core is decreasing the reluctance ? and what is actually a reluctance means ?

Reluctance means resistance to magnetic flux flowing through the core. It is having formula of (length/(permiability*relative permiability*area of cross section))
