Thank you so much for this, extremely informational and it also made my deduction to be seen at the Er for red flags. I’m hoping the ER will investigate further and not just say “it’s vertigo” and send me home.

What if she had no bppv at the time of testing ? What if her Chrystals reset by the time her vestibular tests were done? Would you still see nystagmus? Do patients have to try to get to the dr while they are having a bppv episode?
