Can you help me with something? I've read various p300 studies done on drug addiction, and some studies say the p300 is increased by pictures of their drug, some say the p300 amplitude is increased, and some say the p300 amplitude is DECREASED. Does having a high p300 correspond with a higher amplitude or a lower amplitude?

Hello. Thank you for your question. We passed it on to Michael Maslin, who gave the following answer: "I would say a “high p300” intuitively implies a p300 which has a large amplitude. A larger amplitude response should appear to reach “higher” on the screen, assuming a negative down display. Note audiologists typically display evoked potential waveforms with a negative down display whereas the neurophysiological convention is for a negative up display."

Thanks for this. I went by each second of this..High active attention P3B pieces for me. Definitely!! Ask you for an help. Can you recommend some well explained video/readings on for visual/video experiments.
