To be honest konami scripts the matches in favor of those with the most icons. I'm currently in division 2 and its been my experience that whenever i play people with high number of icons my defense just becomes useless no matter how hard i try to defend. It's like my commands are useless and the defenders just run out of positions. To combat this I have to switch to a 5 man defense formation for any opponent with all icons in their squad
