The reason why you couldn’t push Panama is because in Road to 56 the tile that is the border between Columbia and Panama has a trait called “Darien Gap” that gives like 40% defense and like -90% attacking since in real life the Darien Gap is like impassable terrain that is just jungle and constant hills.

It was really fun ıdk why you somehow choose the most painfull way to form a nation. Instead of rt56 Colombia you could form it as vanilla Peru. It starts as fascist, has a navy and bigger army unlike others and none of them has a focus tree so could nothing go wrong but you choosed the painfull way for our joy man you are great
