We do say herb with a silent h! Technically, that is the correct way to pronounce it because it’s a French word, but many countries pronounce the h now :)

Olivia heyyy I have similar fine hair and wore the same headphones so much, even working out. I started to notice shorter hair on top of my long hair where the headphones sit. Worse than that I googled and discovered terminal headphone dent. Thank goodness I don't have that problem. In case you haven't noticed or thought about it hun. much love ty for your amazing content!

lol yes, in the 'h' in herbs is typically silent - no idea why we pronounce it that way. It's a little different than something like tortillas where that (I believe?) is only pronounced one way... tor-tee-ah.

I am not sure that in England the letter H is pronounced differently than the way it is pronounced in the states. The word Prons in the states we call it shrimp. Another word that is different in America is potato chips which you would call crisps. I enjoy your channel Olivia and all the content and i wish you success and all the best keep up the good work cheers!

"Balls out" ... I dunno if I've ever heard that phrasing, but I knew what it meant, but it also made me picture a guy sprinting as hard as he could while his saggy nuts are flopping out of his extra-short running shorts. Quite the image ...

Do you ever use a whoop arm band? I’ve started used it for my training instead of wrist band because I’ve found the wrist band is so inaccurate & shows my strain being so high! That could be why your strain is like 18-20 each day - I just don’t think the wrist band gives accurate data at all
@_omay6 ай бұрын
@@georgieann1995 I don’t but I’d love to give it a try! I’ve been wearing my whoop for almost 2 years and never had any issues with inaccurate data, I’ve just had crazy high strains since recovering from being sick 😇
@georgieann19956 ай бұрын
@@_omay that’s fair! i just noticed when i went for a long run, the wrist strap would show i was in zone 5 the whole time which was not consistent with how i felt and then when i got the bicep band it seemed more accurate. i’m obsessed with whoop either way though haha i have been i long time whoop user myself !
