Isnt it? Quite refreshing, by his objective if we use the classic DnD alignment chart, he would be lawful evil. Dont know how the netherworld works in this story, but if it has "demonic" beings but some of them follow rules, even if he is the "might makes right" type, it still is a rule that he will follow. If Kazan can fight like that, he certainly is an ally to keep around... for now.

I love how the Blade Phantom manifested a full on Domain just to fight Khazan. And then Khazan just straight up de-manifested it, barrier and all after with the Blade Phantom's power... Absolutely epic!!!
