在我们这里一般是这样的：做准备工作的时候，先把鸡蛋打好，小葱切好，然后会把番茄提前炒一遍，如果想让番茄味更浓郁，炒的时候可以加入一些番茄酱，炖汤的时候鸡蛋要流线状加入进去，调味可以简单的加入一些盐，如果想增加一些风味的话，可以在加入少许的白胡椒粉或者味精，加入少许明油让汤看起来更加明亮，出锅前撒上切好的小葱即可，如果你想要让汤更加的浓稠，可以最后加入淀粉水略微勾芡。（这仅是我生活的地区的做法，实际上番茄蛋汤还有别的做法）

Really tasty dish and easy to follow recipe. Just one correction- it's not tempah which is added to the garlic it is instead fermented black beans. Easy to find in most asian shops and add a nice flavour to the dish.

I think the English subtitles are incorrect in some parts, tempeh is a vegan substitute for meat, and I think what they really meant was fermented black beans (those little black balls). It's still easy to understand if you have some knowledge of Chinese cuisine, will be making today since I bought a whole pork belly of 6 kg, have a lot to eat for a while 😂
