Garuda was a product of Nepotism, He didn't last a second. He was just a figurehead. Adheera was a cruel and violent man capable of direct warfare but he's vulnerable to being countered and schemed, he doesn't understand politics and complications of powershifts so he was both schemed against and overthrown by being outsmarted and overwhelmed. Ramika is incorruptible and has the will to fight but people around her kept her bound, she would've failed unless Rocky made that stupid move in the end and that also probably played right into his hand. Guru Pandian played his cards well but he's simply incapable of taking anything directly, once exposed his death is simply confirmed...especially when he played a part in Reena's death.
