Thanks! Kayaking is a great endurance sport in itself, but it can’t be too healthy sitting all day long. Plus it’s a great way to explore quickly😂

what is the book in your opening that show routes?

It’s the Maine Island Trail Association guidebook. It comes with a MITA membership (around $50). I drew the routes in myself, but it has good maps and information.
