Hello madam, nice description. This type of water heaters are instant water heaters. There was one old company called Selmec water heaters which we were using for years. The body of the heater is made of stainless steel. Though am not using that now, please also check for that model also it never gave me trouble till I was using.

You can't adjust the temperature of water. But you adjust the water flow automatically water temperature will change. Example : I. If your water flow is 4 liters per minute you will get 40 to 45 Degree temperature of hot water Example :2. If your water flow is 2 Liters per minute you will get 60 to 65 Degree Temperature of hot water Thank You
