In this video, I breakdown how to formulate a workout that is guaranteed to get you better no matter what. I learned this trick from watching a bunch of film of NBA players off season workouts like, Jayson Tatum, Kobe Bryant, Demar Derozan, Zach Lavine, Victor Oladipo, Steph, Klay, Victor Wembanyama and many more. I learned if their workouts were translating in the NBA it Must be working. I researched their workouts and wrote them in my notebooks to use in my own workouts.
I hope you guys enjoyed the video of me breaking down how to create a workout thats always going to get you better. I am pursing content creation full time and I hope you guys enjoy my journey through this.
