A home that creates a relaxing environment, where the family of doctors can unwind after a hard day’s work - This design brief gives Roca Milagro its charming form and identity. Sitting on a 9281 sq.ft. plot, this two-storeyed home is inspired from Spanish architecture due to the client’s frequent travels there. Not just the form, but also their integration of light, air and nature merges with Kerala architecture principles and vernacular elements to create a modern home that exists in harmony with nature.
Existing conditions and context set in motion the zoning of spaces, and the layout follows. All spaces overlook the courtyard. While the rooms are thoughtfully designed, the terraces, verandahs, transition spaces, corridors, and sit-out areas together create an inviting environment that adds rhythm to its architecture.

This guy is a doctor, doctors earn at least 5 lakh if they have a clinic and are good at their work. This house costs less to be made in kerala compared to a major city like Mumbai. At max this house will cost like 3 crores to build while in a major city a small flat will cost that much.

@@rambabu0276 Not everyone who works in ME is rich. Mallu's wont do certain jobs in Kerala considered below their dignity , but will do those jobs with no issues in other countries like in the ME. For eg. a second cousin of mine is a taxi driver in Saudi Arabia. However even taxi drivers there get comparatively better salaries than in India, he earns 60k/month and sends that money back to India to his family in Kerala.
