That's a mercedes C180 kompressor also known as the W203. Probably the worst build quality mercedes Benz ever made. Car to avoid on my opinion. They don't age well. Especially the dashboard

I have had w203s and I can attest to their quality. The dashboard has always been intact. The only part that they don't age well is the arm rest and gear knobs.but these are things you can replace. Apart from those aesthetic issues, the w203 is a good car.
