Hien tackled another tough rowing workout earlier this week, a 4x1500 meter mid-distance interval workout, with fantastic results. I can see her confidence and self-belief on the rower growing with each and every workout; she's well on the way towards her April 14th 2k goal!
I'm in week 9 of my 20-week training program, and have a handful of hard workouts left before I begin tapering for my 2k. In today's vid I tackle a challenging one that I've done a few times before, this time with an especially ambitious goal.
