LOL, I just found and installed my Ab Crunch Accessory Pads... they were mislabeled L and R !! These exercises may, in fact, be fun. Hard to watch TV though, SMH.

Exercise helps shape the gut. If you just diet without exercise you wont gain that flattering v shape. Dont deny your ab exercises.

I'd like to reverse your question from "do you think this will work" to "do you think YOU will work". If you're willing to put in the effort to stick to an exercise and diet plan, you will see results. But that's just it... YOU have to work, the Total Gym is a machine that makes it more convenient (no driving to gym), and as a result you can customize your workouts however you see fit.

You can totally do it! I have a total gym and it has been one of the best investments I have ever made. I am not someone who enjoys working out, but the total gym is convenient and let's you do a bunch of exercises regardless of what stage you are on your journey! Good luck!

I have a total gym and have had several used modals they all seem to offer the same result no matter what modal it is How ever I am interested in the position of loseing as much belly fat flab witch ever sounds best in description had people living in the space I used for my love gym so the time to get fat was at around 2years now I got my space back and I am back on it again feels good again My question is how many reps if any is best to development of muscle growth and mass Can you help me in this area it's autam. Now in NY trying to get that lean look for summer !! Looking good feeling better is what the total gym is all about proper Technic is very important I think how many reps is it mucle needs to work and hard what's your idea on this Thank you in advance

I'll attempt to answer this. For muscle building purposes as far as total gym. Try to go 15 reps max. If you can do more than 15 time to increase the incline. Also you can alternate your reps, left side then right side so you use one side only increasing tension. I hear you can use weighted vests to increase tension as well.

I have a question. I just started using total gym and I wanted to use it 3 times a week. My question is: Do I do a full body workout on these 3 days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)? Or should I only target certain parts of my body on each of these 3 days?

Yep just cutting out soda and sugary drinks does wonders. Water everywhere for me. Coffee from Tim's has hella lot of calories, glad I quit drinking that shit too.
